So if god designed humans and everything about them eyes/ears/organs...etc. Which is what I'm pretty sure most theists believe (or even if you believe god did not directly design humans but allowed them to evolve in a way that is satisfactory to him)....

What is the reason that he would want boys and girls to reach sexual maturity ~13 - when it is completely obvious to everyone that 13 year olds are not capable of supporting or caring for a child in almost any way?

Now, scientifically the answer is that 13 year olds can reproduce because of biological quirks inherited by evolution by natural selection - what is the christian reason for this?

Interesting observance, Ranci. religeously you might want to ask why the Jewish people have their Bar Mits and Bas Mits when chilren reach 13, as in Christianity there is some sort of "reaching" an age at the same time. Did this just happen in both religeons by chance? Frankly I really don't know. I do know that the age for sexual promiscuity seems to be getting younger and younger. Even the age for early childhood development insofar as walking and talking seems to be getting younger and younger, why? Can this be explained in any scientific sense? Maybe Reverend Wright could answer some of my questions.

Good point Love. Never thought about the Bas and Bar Mitzvahs and the "coming of age" issue. I didn't even know there was such a thing in Christianity? But then there's alot I don't know about religion, for sure.
